Etro Spring 2027 Collection
Etro softened its signature codes into an ethereal wardrobe that moved from the muted light of morning to the deeper tones of evening.
Titled “Halo,” the collection marked the internal design team’s first full-season interpretation of the house’s aesthetic following Marco De Vincenzo’s departure earlier this year. Rather than reinventing Etro, the designers focused on its established vocabulary, stripping it back and giving familiar elements a lighter, more fluid expression.
The collection unfolded in a progression of dusty, powdery shades before moving into richer tones such as aubergine. The changing palette reinforced the idea of a wardrobe that follows a woman through different moments of the day, while keeping the mood soft and understated.
Etro’s 1970s bohemian spirit remained at the center. Fluid dresses with cascading ruffles brought movement to the silhouette, while the house’s signature paisley appeared throughout the collection in a deliberately blurred, softened treatment. The motif surfaced on printed caftans and nylon windbreakers, as well as suede and denim jackets reworked with tonal patchwork.
Other pieces expanded the same vocabulary: crochet dresses, ruffled shirts, jacquard trousers, lingerie-inspired tops, and slip dresses. Each offered a different interpretation of Etro’s romantic, eclectic sensibility without straying far from the house’s established identity.
The result was a quieter take on Etro—less about spectacle than atmosphere. Its familiar paisley, bohemian references, and decorative craftsmanship remained intact, but were softened into a wardrobe designed to feel fluid, enveloping, and distinctly modern.
