Tom Ford Fall 2026: Haider Ackermann Turns Seduction Into a State of Mind

Haider Ackermann extends the seductive tension of his Tom Ford Fall 2026 collection into a striking new campaign, photographed by Stuart Winecoff and centered on individuality, presence, and unapologetic sensuality.

The campaign brings together a diverse cast including Liu Wen, Aluel Makuach, Malick Bodian, Kristen McMenamy, Alfredo Ramirez, and Scott Barnhill. Each appears against a stark white studio backdrop, creating a visual language that is stripped of distraction and focused entirely on the subject, the clothing, and the attitude they project.

Ackermann describes the campaign as a continuation of the collection he presented in Paris in March, using photography to intensify its emotional charge. His Fall 2026 vision balanced classic Tom Ford codes—pinstripes, crisp white shirts, military-inflected tailoring, and dark eveningwear—with a more restrained form of seduction.

“I’m using the campaign as a lens to magnify and amplify the feelings, emotions, and thoughts of the show,” Ackermann said.

The images function as character studies, bringing together individuals of different ages and backgrounds while emphasizing the traces of a life fully lived. Strong lighting and the clinical white setting echo the minimalist atmosphere of the runway at Paris’ Place Vendôme, but the campaign feels more intimate, placing the human presence at its center.

“I wanted the images to be pure and direct, raw but vibrant with human essence,” Ackermann explained. “Just the camera and the subject, without artifice or props.”

That restraint allows the clothes to carry the narrative. The tailoring, dark palette, and sensual evening pieces become extensions of each character rather than costumes, reinforcing Ackermann’s belief that personal style is inseparable from identity.

The resulting portraits possess a quiet defiance. These are figures who have flirted with excess and now stand with complete self-possession—unfiltered, confident, and fully aware of their presence.
